With roots stemming from Spain and Japan, coupled with a London upbringing and a fervent passion for punk and techno, Pedro Takahashi draws upon a diverse spectrum of influences. His music videos and commercials capture a vibrant energy, elevated by seamless editing and ambitious cinematography, see work for Slam Jam, Mizuno Sportstyle, KA and Nike. Having previously worked assisting Daniel Wolfe, Takahashi has gone on to establish himself as one of the most promising up and coming music video directors in London, collaborating with an eclectic mix of artists including Shame, Chubby and the Gang, and has earned back-to-back UKMVA shortlists for his highly acclaimed films with Sam Akpro.
